Assessment Free Trial and GIVEAWAY!

ESGI has saved my life!  Seriously!  It saves me so MUCH time and it makes me feel instantly organized!  Now is the time to set up YOUR class for this year.
You can try it out for 60 days for FREE!

We have been talking a LOT about data at school.  We collect data all the time, but if it is not organized in a way that is useful, we might as well skip it.  I have already said that I am a paper stacker and shuffler.   I love that ESGI has one place and I can go PAPERLESS!  WHAT?!

Here is a little video for you to give you an overview.

ESGI has a ton of videos to guide you through setting up your assessments.  I am the girl who hardly ever reads the directions... like hardly EVER, but the videos really helped me to maximize this tool.  In fact, I just watched them again and learned something new!

At the beginning of the year, there are so many lists you have to make.  If I can manage them paperlessly (is that a word?) then I am ahead of the game.

Here is some information on the Parent Conferencer Tool.  I just watched this video AND, again, learned something new!

Last year during report card time, it was EASY!  I do so much work at home.  All of my data was at my finger tips.  I did not have to dig through papers AND I did not have to bring stacks of files home.  NOTE:  I do keep a paper copy of all of my class reports and test result letters.  Those do get filed in student files, but I just don't have to search through them to find information... LOVE! IT!

I have already started assessing my cuties this week.  I used my iPad to give the assessments.  SIM-PLE!

When I am I finished with my whole class, I will print out these test results letters.
You have the option of printing out ESGI's letters or downloading them as a Word document and customizing the parent letters (Hola, cute fonts).

Then, with a click, you can print out flash cards to send home!

This year I am using the sight word flash cards as my student's word rings.  I printed them 2 to a page, so I could reduce the card stock that I used.  I love these because each card is printed with the students' names on them.
Clarification: The GR2 refers to our district name, not 2nd grade.  With ESGI, you can enter your own sight word list.

You can take advantage of a free trial period.   Check it out!

Did I mention that I have created a ton of CCSS assessments for ESGI?  You can access all of these at no additional charge.  Here is how:

New ESGI teachers can get started for only $159.00, rather than the regular price of $199.00.  Use this promo code: B7733.

You can also win a free year by entering this Rafflecopter.  You will need to sign up for the Free trial (don't worry, you don't need to put in your credit card number).  If you win, ESGI will activate your full year subscription.

Make this year the best one ever by having your data organized and at your finger tips!

  4. I signed up for the free trial last spring when there was a promotion so it won't let me do it again. Is there anyway to still enter to win this? I would love it!! :)

  5. Hi Deedee- I was so excited about your blog about ESGI last year, that I wrote a grant so my first grade team mate and I could purchase it. This will be our first year and I couldn't be more thrilled. Thank you for all of the tips and "head's up" about the many features this great program has.
