Me Time Monday Linky

Summertime! Sweet Summertime! 
(don't hate me if you are still in school.  You can send me emails when I head back and you are still on break)

This summer I am trying to carve out a little "Me Time."   My BIG summer project is working on getting in shape (story of my life).

I have been hanging out with these people in my basement each morning.
I want to look like Susan... the girl in blue with the mile-long legs... love her... hate her...
I seriously love this workout (did I say that out loud?)

You see... I have no dance skills AT ALL!   When I try to follow "dance-y" workout videos I am sure I look like a lunatic! 
Les Mills Pump does not require the New York City Rockette skills... can I get an A-men!

I have been a little frustrated because my weight is stuck.  I have lost about 25lbs since February, but I have not made a lot of headway in the last 30 days... just a few small ounces on the scale.  I am trying to not get frustrated, so I reworked my nutrition a bit with the help of my coach!

 I got this little device to help me add a little diversity to my veggie intake!
But this guy was having NO part of it!  He ordered a pizza!

My most favorite-est child... EVER is home from college for the summer!
My heart is full... even if my tummy is not.

    2. Just ordered the book. I have just started a 50/30/20 ratio (protein/carb/fat) to try to break out of my weight loss pause button. I think this might be a fun alternative. Thank you!

  2. I love that spiralizer! How fun :) I love making zucchini pasta so that would be perfect! You are rocking the healthy eating and working out.. keep it up! Enjoy your summer with your son home… how wonderful! :)
