Christmas Questionaire

I am linking up with my friend Michelle at Fabulous in First to answer her Christmas Questionnaire!

Don't Judge!

Hot Chocolate or Eggnog?
We are a hot chocolate family. all. the. way!

Does Santa wrap the gifts or just place them under the tree?
He wraps them or stuffs them in the stockings!

I love brown paper packages, tied up with string!

I grabbed these from this Pinterest board where there are plenty of things to love!

Love this one too!

Sadly, these links go to a dead end... but I still love the images!

Colored or white lights?
White... only white... nothing but white...the.end!

When do you decorate?
Usually the Saturday after Thanksgiving, but this year our schedule is off kilter.  The Perfect Son will be home on Friday night (yippee) so we will do it then!

Real or Fake?
We have always and will always have a real tree.  23 years of Christmases together... It may have been in our pre-nup!

Favorite Christmas Traditions
When we lived in San Diego, we would always go to the Hotel Del Coronado to see their Christmas tree.  Each year they have a different theme.   Breath-taking!

Favorite Childhood Gift?
When I was very young, my mom made us a set of Raggedy Ann and Andy dolls.  She put them in a small suitcase with Raggedy Ann and Andy books.  Loved it!

Giving or receiving?
In my Christmas world, gifts would only be given to small children.  I prefer celebrating without presents.  I love getting together with friends and family, just laughing and visiting.

Favorite Song?
It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas!   My mom tells me that this was her father's favorite song.   Everytime I hear it, I think of him and wish I had known him better.

Candy Canes?
Yum!    Love them!!!  When we were little, my sister and I would get those massive ones and savor them over days... which is a little yuck, now that I think about it.

Favorite Christmas Movie?
It's a Wonderful Life.   I had to think about that for about .5 seconds.  We watch it every year.  Every year I cry.

Online shopping or stores?
C.  All of the above.    When the nearest stop light is 20 miles away... the internet is your friend!

Photo card or store bought card?
Um... I have not sent them in years... fail!

Thanks to my Foxy friend Michelle!
