Christmas Projects DONE!

We finished our snowmen today!
A few weeks ago, I was looking for parent gift ideas and a sweet Facebook friend sent me a photo of a project her son had done when he was in kindergarten.  I loved seeing him towering over this snowman.  She then said that she made them with her class each year.

I love, love, love how they turned out!

Here is how we made these!

First we went to Lowes and bought wooden fence posts.

Then we (when I say "we" I really mean The Perfect Son and Mr. W.) cut them to the exact height of each of my students.

Then we (The Perfect Son and Mr. W.) painted them white.

Today, they were dry enough to to add the hat (a fuzzy sock), face, scarf, and buttons.
