I will be giving the DRA and I want to reinforce retelling...so I am hopping to my Frog and Toad unit to help with this. I added some reading response pages, so if you have previously purchased this unit, you can download the revision at no charge.

How do I get a better look at your weekly lesson plans? I'm new to this
ReplyDeleteAll you have to do is click on the lesson plans. It will take you to Google Docs. Then you download the document. The links to each of the items are embedded... and you can print them off or view them larger.

ReplyDeleteWe DRA 3 times a year... We only reassess those students at 3rd quarter who were not meeting expectations (or those we are concerned about) during this go around.

ReplyDeleteJust linked up and saw you are DRAing this week! Me too! Our district has us doing the DRA's quarterly, which is a bit taxing when you have 26 first graders, but the wealth of information from each assessment is very worthwhile!

It is just done in a power point table... you can design it however you want. :)
DeleteOMGosh!! Just noticed you're using the new writing unit! When will it be out for purchase? I'm totally in LOVE with them and happy to say so are my little ones. Keep us posted. :)
