I have been shopping!!!

So hopefully you are like me and have been hitting the sales!   

You all know I have just about everything from Growing Kinders... I'm not sure how I missed this one!

Some of you asked me if I had Daily Language pages or if I knew of any... now I do!  These will be awesome!   I will add these to my routines next year... for sure!

 I love Katie Mense's (Little Warrior's) Summer Homework Calendars.  I have had parents ask me about what they can do for their child over the summer.   

PER-FECT!   

Simple tasks that will help prevent the summer slide... YIKES!  She has organized them well, so they are easy to put together... JUST what I need right now... simplicity!

 Before I went back into the classroom, I was a literacy coach.  I loved this job and I spent many hours helping teachers improve their guided reading lessons.   However, it is easy to let things get a little stale.  Rachelle's packet is wonderful.  I am sad that I only have a few more days (ok... not that sad), but I KNOW this will be a go-to resource for next year.   I love the "Roll a Question" discussion starters.

 Speaking of go-to... I NEEDED this pack!  I am THE WORSE handwriting teacher.  Today after school, I was scoring some writing prompts with my good friend, Janet.   Her students' handwriting looks like textbook work... Mine... like toes were involved.  I know this is a reflection on my teaching... I KNOW IT!

Perhaps, this will motivate me to be a better handwriting teacher  AND it will be super fun for my kiddos!

 I love, love, LOVE Scaredy Squirrel.  Barb's packet is too cute.   I don't think I want to wait for a sub.  We have those wacky-end-of-the-school-year days where I might need some filler activities.  I am gonna get these ready.  You can't have idle time in kindergarten.  They can smell the blood in the water... then you are a goner!

Finally, (Well not finally because I have a lot more shopping to do) I got this packet.
This is 100% adorable!  I can use the heck out of this next year... I only wish I would have gotten it earlier.  It is filled with great activities to help students learn and practice punctuation.  This is from Michelle Oakes.

For some reason this year, I have a ton of summer birthdays in my class this year.  I love this idea... Yay!  Thanks Erica! These will be so cute!  My kids will also love getting the notes and cards... Love it!

How cute are these borders?  Love them... I have become a border freak lately.  Debbie Diller says that borders help focus the learning.  I think these are just perfect!   Super cute Natalie!
