ReplyDeleteI'm in!!! Book being ordered, like yesterday!! Super excited!!
ReplyDeleteTotally in! This isn't something I do well and would love some peer support. I will be thoughtful about saving some writing pieces from my kiddos before school is over so I can refer back to them. Thanks for thinking ahead!
ReplyDeleteI'm in, looking to spice up my writing instruction.
ReplyDeleteI'm in! What a great way to dig in to a book!
ReplyDeleteI would love to do a book study on writing! Do I need to have a blog to do so? I have shyed away from a blog because you guys always have such great ideas! Not sure I can keep it up like you do. Let me know! I loved following along with your book study last summer!
ReplyDeleteNo, you do not need a blog. What will happen is...I will suggest a reading assignment and some questions to think about. Please can respond in by commenting (like you just did) or by posting their reflections on their own blog and then linking in.
DeleteYou can actively participate or just read along with us... Easy... No commitment!
this is a GREAT book ~ Our Academic Coach and all of the kinder teachers at my school did a book study with this book and used some of the ideas in our classroom - great resource!! Y'all have fun!! :)

A Place Called Kindergarten
Would love to study another writing book...we did a book study on "No More, I'm Done" earlier in the year. Writing is definitely an area I could become better at teaching.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great book, I read it last summer and would love to go in more depth with some of the concepts with my fellow kindergarten teachers. We are having a wonderful year of writing in my 4K class and I am always interested in improving and trying out new things.
ReplyDeleteI'm In! Just ordered the book, it looks great.
