  4. Just got it...thank you so much!! I didn't think I was going to teach this year b/c my husband had a major car accident this summer and he is in lots of therapy, so I gave all my center stuff to the teacher who took my place and I just got another K position, so I definitely can use these!!

  6. Thank you so much for these. Being a 2nd year Kindergarten teacher it is so hard to find these for the students to do at centers. Do you have any advice for a 2nd year teacher on how to get everything done and to find things for each new unit? With all this common core standards and everything else it is so hard to focus. Thank you

  8. Thanks everyone for your kind comments. I seriously love reading that you will find these useful.

Chelsea, I have to say that blogs have been a wonderful resource for me. I know it is hard to focus because there are so many ideas. I look ahead to my upcoming assessments, then I try to tailor my activities to help meet these objectives. Backwards planning really helps keep me focused.

  10. Thanks for the freebie. It came just in time as I found out that Johnny Appleseed's birthday is this week. Although we are not doing apples yet, officially, I think this would be a great activity to add to my reading stations. And I passed it along to my colleagues too.:) And spread the word about your wonderful blog. Thanks for all that you do!
