Oceans of Fun! FREE Graphic Organizers

We are finishing our Oceans unit this week and I thought I would pass on what we have been doing.  This includes two non-fiction graphic organizers, plus some directed drawing... FREE! Just click on the picture to go to Google Docs.

Here are some photos of our work in action!

First we read a few books about sharks and dolphins.  We co-created the large Venn diagram.

The students complete their own version.

Here a sample of our non-fiction writing about clown fish (my class was facinated with clown fish... Thank you Nemo!)  I love this graphic organizer! I am sad that I forgot my good camera.

I also just loaded my Oceans Read, Trace, Glue and Draw to my TpT Store

Here some other beach/ocean themed items I have on sale.  Click on the image to hop over to my store.

Will you hate me if I tell you we only have 4 more days of school?

  4. Katie! I know... EESH the snow! We had a lot of make-up days built into the calendar. We were suppose to be out last week. We will still be working next week, but our kiddos will be singing the sweet songs of summer!

We are about 85 mile west of St. Louis.
